Ahhhh nice weekend..

This weekend was sooo nice, the weather and the company. Friday Mom and I took a walk out at Meadowbrook, it was a little muddy and we had to find our way around some big puddles but it was pretty warm and not too windy. This past week I also made a run to the Urbana park district office to get Daisy a membership to the dog parks in town. We have been twice since then and she is getting better socialized with other dogs, something that she hasn't had much experience with. She is fine with dogs her size and smaller but tends to be scared of those larger than her, like I said she has gotten much better just in the two trips we have taken out there. I don't think when we took her last year I had trained her on a come call yet so she would just go where ever, much more nice when I can yell at her to come and she catches up with me. She is also doing much better with simply watching where I am at all times and staying within ten feet of me.

Saturday we went to Danville, Brent watched Makenna and hung out with a friend and his kids while us girls went out for a girls night. We started off at the Possum Trot meeting up with about 6 others and then moving the party to Sleepy Creek Vineyards in Fithian for wine, wine slushies and some live music from an awesome artist. She was like a combination of Nora Jones, Joss Stone, and Adele...loved it. We managed to make it back around 10:30 just in time before the guys fell asleep..

We haven't finished the ceiling in the front room yet..boooo. After I got over being sick, after being sick, I got sick AGAIN! This time it required lots of puking, so last week was my first week of not having a virus or cold in about three weeks, yeah..

School is going well.. A's ...my communication theory class is extremely boring but the work isn't hard so...blah. I wrote my paper that was due today for Psychology last night since Makenna doesn't have any preschool today. We will be running to the library today so Makenna can play and pick out some books while I catch up some textbook reading for school.

I've been told to go and take a shower so we can go to the library so..peace out!
