It's about time...

I know, I know, it has been forever since I've blogged. We got home from vacation and had a few days to unpack before cleaning the house and getting ready for guests to visit. Grandma and Terry arrived on Friday and stayed until Tuesday. Since then we've been trying to take it easy.

This weekend we are going to Cayuga for the 50th anniversary get together for my grandparents. Next weekend is the West reunion and then on Monday our anniversary. It will be Makenna's 3rd birthday before we know it.

Whoot of the week- I found my coveted Corned Beef roast at Meijer, they were out the last time I was there and County Market only carries it around St. Patties. Soooo last night I made and it was goooood. I have a recipe that makes the cabbage taste nice and buttery and I add a little dill, love dill!

Last week I got a couple of shoe racks for my closet, yay! Lots of shoes no longer laying on the floor. My closet look so much more organized!

So Brent is going to be totally unenthusiastic about this post...anywho the color below, Yellow Canary...love it...got it today..it is an awesome awesome color, it is a yellow w/really fine gold glitter. Sooo I put that on and then did some french tips in black and then made a line under them with a silver w/silver glitter fine art polish brush..it is beautiful!

Anyway last night I ordered some of the Konad Nail Stamping stuff whoot! I got the plate w/the cheetah print (oh yeaaaahhh), zebra print, diamond plate and so on. I'll take some of my own photos when I get it but I should have some sexy nails like this... fun right? Go to her website to see more awesome stamping.
